“Terminal Su” has opened a modern logistics and customs terminal at the exit from Subotica, thanks to which trucks will no longer have to enter the city, and users will receive all services in one place.
It is a multipurpose 2000 m2 facility accommodating freight forwarders, customs, sanitary inspection, and a restaurant. The complex also offers additional facilities such as ATM, workshops, bathrooms for drivers, truck parts stores, transshipment services, scales, and vehicle disinfection services.
This center is particularly significant for location: it is located at the exit from the city in the immediate vicinity of the E-75 highway, in the part of the Subotica-South interchange.
The opening ceremony was also attended by the Mayor of Subotica, Stevan Bakić, who reminded that thanks to the “epsilon leg”, a part of freight traffic was moved from Subotica, while Terminal Su will additionally relieve the city from those trucks that entered public warehouses.
The owner of “Terminal SU” and another successful Subotica company “Adam-šped sistem”, Aleksandar Vasić, thanked the media for their interest and the mayor for his words of support. He emphasized that he is grateful to the City Administration for the fact that his company had support throughout the realization of the logistics center construction projects, by which they jointly solved the problem of freight traffic in the city area.
According to the director of “Terminal Su” Dejan Petrović, the motive for the construction of this facility was primarily the improvement of life in the local community, in terms of safety, health, but also efficiency in the work of citizens and legal entities.
The investment is financed from own funds, and the complex can be expanded if necessary.
